Processing Time

  • Request for invoice are processed within 2 business days, although typically within 24 hours
  • Orders are pulled and shipped within 2 business days, although typically within 24 hours and many times the same day.
  • Orders with 50 or more lots may take a little extra time to process, but I do work to ship fast.


  • All Payments due within 5 days of order/invoice, after 5 days I reserve the right to to cancel the order or file a Non-Paying Buyer. Although if buyer communicates I may be more patient.
  • Full payment due, no partial payments allowed.
  • To combine orders will you will charged an additional $1.00 over the extra shipping cost. 


  • KY residents will be required to pay 6% sales tax on the purchase amount (items only, not shipping). This applys to local pick up as well as any ship to orders as required by the state of KY.


  • All Sales are Final unless I have made a mistake, PLEASE read the description of the item, if there are any noticeable damage, missing parts, open box, open bags, I to put all of this in the comments sections.
  • Parts
    • New Parts are from parted out sets by me or from bulk LEGO source such as the P-A-B 
    • Used parts are clean and decent shape, I do not list damaged parts unless noted in comments. Some color variants may be present such as light gray vs light bluish gray although I try to catch all of them.
    • Keep in mind that even new parts from manufactured sealed sets do get some scraches due to loose packaging.
  • Minifigures
    • Minifigures may ship assembled (including new, unless noted as "NEVER BUILT!!!"
    • All minifigures listed have been checked for complete parts according to Bricklink, accessories that are not part of that parts list are listed seperetly.
  • Sets
    • Polybags noted as NEW are all sealed UNO 
    • Collector Minifigures are all open packages and includes figures, accessories, and base, leaflet and extra parts are not included.
    • Box sets are considered NEW when they have not been played with or built
      • If marked as sealed without any comments then it's factory sealed
      • I do at times obtain sets that I cut open the box to confirm the contents but I do leave all the factory bags intact (when items are bought locally from non-typical suppliers)
    • Used sets are in great condition and 100% complete with stickers applied UNO


  • We only communicate via Brickowl message system unless pictures are needed.
  • Be sure to check your messages for invoices or other order messages, 
  • If i have to send you pictures it will come from my bricktopiausa@gmail.com email, some spam filters may not allow emails into your inbox directly so check junk or spam folders.

Complete Orders & Feedback

  • As a seller we provide positive feedback at shipping
  • We consider completed orders to be orders that have been marked "Recieved" by the Buyer & Feedback left by the buyer. We hope we earned a positive feedback and would like you to share that with others. 
  • Negative Feedback
    • We NEVER leave negative feedback unless a buyer does not pay. If for some reason you have to cancel an order we understand things happen, and we don't leave any negative feedback if you communicate a reasonable explaination to why you need to cancel.
    • We ask that you NEVER leave negative feedback unless we have been contacted and given a chance make the order right. Uninsured items damaged during shipping isn't an acceptable terms for negative feedback.


I am human and mistakes do happen, if you find an issue please let me know immediately and I will work to rectify the issue. I may request pictures of the items in question to confirm details including all parts and packaging.
